I discovered homeopathy through my daughter. When she was 2 years old, she had her first MMR vaccine. Soon after that she developed chronic eczema. Her pediatrician told me that this condition was genetic and incurable, and then prescribed cortisone. Cortisone was not an option for us. I started to look for a cure. I studied vaccines, I studied nutrition, I tried Chinese Medicine, various allergy tests, and herbs. With the help of all of this knowledge, as well as the treatments, I was able to keep her eczema from spreading but I was not able to get rid of it entirely. My daughter could not enjoy a normal life as other children. Even a small cookie or a cup of juice would make her condition intolerable.
I had read that homeopaths can reverse the harmful effects of vaccines. In Europe, where I am from, homeopathy is generally more accepted than in the U.S. I did not question its effectiveness. I took her to a classical homeopath here in California, and within a couple of weeks my daughter’s health changed drastically. In few months she was able to eat everything that other kids ate. Not only did her skin improve but also her energy and mood. I was very impressed by these results and decided to devote my life to homeopathy. I had previously studied medicine as well as psychology, and discovered homeopathy to be the perfect combination of the two.

I am originally from the Slovak Republic. I have also lived in Germany and Brazil, before coming to California with my Colombian husband and our daughter. Our son was born here shortly thereafter. I started studying homeopathy at the Institute of Classical Homoeopathy in San Francisco in 2003, and I graduated in 2007.

I love to combine homeopathy with my travel each summer. I have several clients throughout Europe and Latin America. I also opened a summer clinic in Costa Rica, in the Indigenous Reservation Boruca, where I worked successfully for 2 summers, attending 4 clients a day. My main office is in Lafayette. My kids come along whenever I travel. They learn about different countries, nature, cultures, and how much homeopathy can do to create health and happiness in the world.
Additionally to my practice, I am committed to giving free public lectures about Homeopathy, and helping new students and new practitioners with questions about practicing classical homeopathy. I have been also teaching a Repertory class at the Institute of Classical Homoeopathy in San Francisco, and a portion of the Materia Medica classes for the past 2 years. I am very excited about a homeopathic study group which meets twice a month at my new office. It has been connecting several wonderful homeopathic practitioners and supporting our continual education.
The Circle of Homeopathy and Wellness has ben created in order to provide my clients with my homeopathic consulting services but also with additional healing modalities, and classes which over the years of my practice proved to support the homeopathic treatment. I am also a certified Core Synchronism- level I practitioner, and once a month I facilitate Family Constellation Workshops with Peter DeVries.
I believe it should be every person’s right to have access to healthcare and I have never refused a treatment to anyone because of financial difficulties.
